There are several reasons an account could be deactivated. The most common reasons are a birth date change in your shopper profile, or your social security number or tax ID number does not match your registered name. 

To prevent your account from being deactivated by our fraud detection feature in Sassie, please ensure:

1.  Your registered name matches the name on your driver's license or tax ID account. If you use a name that is different than what is on your ID, you may enter your alternate legal name in the appropriate field.



2. CHECK YOUR LAST NAME! Sometimes browsers will autofill information into the fields in your shopper profile. We often see an email address as a last name, which will cause fraud detection to automatically deactivate the account. You may access your shopper profile and correct the last name field which will enter your information back into queue for verification.

3. After you have registered do not change your date of birth in your account. This will trigger fraud detection, and your account will automatically be deactivated. You may remedy this by sending a copy of your valid driver's license to support@conferoinc.com. Once verified your account will be processed for reactivation.
