When payments are processed, the system will match pending payments to the registered email address in our shopper database. If your Confero email address and PayPal email address is different, the system will not be able to find your account and PayPal will send the payment back to Confero. If you find this has happened to you, please access your shopper profile and correct the email address to match your PayPal email address. Once you have completed this step, please email support@conferoinc.com to let us know what happened and your payment will be processed in the next batch of payments.
