When reports are reviewed and graded, the editor will send along the reason for the rating they issued. These are helpful tips to improve ratings on future shops! These comments will be sent to your email address and may also be found in your shop log with the shop in question. Only editors can address ratings questions as they have read the report and know why they issued the rating.
